Dunno about hunting in Poland per se.
But there is one place I would love to hunt,it is in Kaliningrad, which is now the 13th Oblast of Russia, and the only place in Europe where the Russkies still have a military and naval base.Tucked into NE Poland and Lithuania
Formerly Konigsberg in East Prussia, there was a hunting reserve of the German Kaisers and last of Herman Goring, before the Russians over ran it called Rominten. There were and are some red Stags there that are supposed to be absolute monsters in their antlers.
