Can you post the K-9 hand, did he re-raise in that hand? What are his stats over the 20 hands?

Calling turn and river is fine for pot control as it's difficult to be too confident having been re-raised.

On the other hand, two pair is usually a monster at these stakes and he may do this with a weaker two pair or a strong queen. Of course a stronger two pair or 3-5 is a possibility but there are more combinations of weaker hands he would do this with.

Calling or pushing is fine imo.
