depositing on pokerstars?

    has anyone been having trouble depositing on pokerstars? A few people I know and myself cannot deposit. Dont know if this is a pokerstars fault or if it's something to do with mastercard as that's what we all use? anyone else have the same problem?

    Hi cacio, I haven't deposited on Stars with a credit card only Neteller.
    Is it possible that you and your friends might be trying to deposit from the same internet connection, ie the same house? Maybe Stars is detecting this and finds it a little suspicious.

    Best thing to do would be contact Stars support.
