Thanks Maitri and Asia,
I'll get going on this address Asia...have some experience of the Dublin Buddhist Centre but now that i'm "down the country" I'm doing meditation, reading and going online to buddhist sites. Have to say there's lots of good ones out there and they've been a great help.
