Ticketmaster.co.uk Problem

Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with this. Last June I ordered a ticket for this years Download festival for nearly €200. I even paid for special delivery.

The gig started yesterday. So I called them up last week on wednesday telling them that I had not received my ticket yet and was getting worried as I had booked Flights and hotels etc. They then assured me that my ticket would be with me no later than that friday and that everything would be ok. My flight was for tuesday this week and as I had not received the ticket I got worried and decided to cancel my flight etc thus losing out on a bit of money.

So when I got home from work I got a call from them saying actually that they didn't send it out and that I'll just have to collect it at the gig. Obviously this annoyed me quite a bit as I was told it was being sent and had even paid almost €15 for delivery. So I rang them and got the usual "We'll look into it" and I just want my refund of the ticket. They have yet to get back to me. What should I do here? Could I use the credit card charge back thing? Even after paying for it last year?

Sorry about the long post but any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Did their original e-mail say "tickets will be posted...?"
If so you should ring the cc company (charge back is either 90 or 180 days)
and say ticketmaster didn't do what they said they would, in their first e-mail and then ask for a refund.
