I tried to register my details the first time I connected my ripwave modem to the computer, but the computer froze, and now when I try to register again, the registration screen does not come up, and all the modem does it "searching".. What can I do? How do I reset it so that I can register?

    Reinstall the s/w?
    Failing that, ring em.
