Hi, im moving to Dublin soon, can someone tell what a comfortable wage would be in Dublin.

ill be renting for about 550 a month
    - i would go out once a week for dinner, pub, cinema etc
    - also go to gym, swimming etc.
    - i have a car
    - also have 300 a month loan repayment

so whats a comfortable wage for an average person with that lifestyle in Dublin.

I think only you can work that out, knowing your own personal habits and expenses.

Probably a minimum of 30k,if you have a car, rent, gym, going out etc

Just take what you're earning now, add on the increased rent cost and then like 5% as a comfortable margin for increased cost of living.

Unless you live up in the mountain and only deal in goats, or something, in which case as a number I've plucked out of my head I guess high 20k to low 30k?

Yeah really depends on what sort of scne you are into.

Are you one of these people that likes "trendy" places to eat / drink or are you a drinking in a field kinda guy.

You can pay crazy money for gym or join a local sports team and get it for free so on

Look into getting a room in the suburbs, 20 or 30 minutes away from the CC by train, with a gym or something nearby.
