A+ Certification

    Hope this is the right place!

    anyway i am looking for places that do the A+ certification. has anyone done this, whats it like, is it expensive, has it helped you with getting a job?

    any help would be great thanks!

    well you could ya do it with FAS. Which is free if your not working plus you get paid to do it! They do it with the Network+ aswell.

    They have updated the material in it recently, it is an entry level certificate but probably worth doing to start with.

    This is true. The new A+ 2006 exams will be released as of the end of the month (meaning the 2003 exams will be retired), so a lot of the material out there at the moment is slightly out of date. You should check out the A+ Website for where to find the new training material if you decide to go it alone.

    I didn't find it hard to do alone but it is recommended you try and get some hands on experience if you can.
