Any help would be appreciated on this...About a year and a half ago I had a bad fracture of my wrist and stopped lifting and excercising, since then I have put on weight all over (dreaded man boobs) and have been eating like a pig.

I am looking now to get back into a routine but am unsure what sort of diet is best to help me lose the weight and regain the muscle I lostwhen I start with the weights again. I am 6ft and wiegh about 205lbs.

Diet currently consists of a bowl a weetabix with slimline milk in the morning, a tuna sandwich for lunch, anything really thats not to fattening for dinner and another bowl of weetabix for supper..also drinking lots of water in between..

I am just a bit worried that maybe I am not eating enough to regain the muscle..but dont want to overeat because I wont lose the weight

there is loads of good diet and nutritional info in the stickies have a good read through it. You need to work out how many cals you need a day and split it into 6 even sized meals, making sure you have a lean complete source of protein at each meal. You current diet could definately be improved by adding more meals and protein to eat ;)

It can be hard to lose weight and gain muslce at the same time, but if you eat frequently and clean and train hard it is possible. I am building strength and losing fat, following the diet in the stickies and doing a TBT. Maybe have a read through some of the info and come back with questions about anything your not sure off.
