Anyone hear a rumour that its been sold again and bought by the owner of barrys in douglas and will reopen as a bar once the others lease is gone? Would of thought unlikely but heard the rumour twice now.

heard that they were going to wait till sat night when its full of regulars and then demolish it with explosives...

that's what i heard
