A few questions

    Hi folks,

Ok, I have a few small questions and hope you can help.

I got a Canon E-1 grip, and the BG-E2 battery grip.

Now, is it possible to attach the E-1 grip as well as the shoulder strap? If so, HOW? I can seem to attach the E-1 or the shoulder strap, but not both together.

Also, what do you use to clean your lenses? I know it's mostly just dust that can be blown off, but I have noticed some water stains, or possibly stains from finger prints.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Ah yes, the grip...basically, it takes a lot of fidgeting around, but you tie the shoulder strap through the hand strap, and the hand strap around again...it's hard to explain...possibly a tutorial if you go searching on google!!!

They should really have some sort of instructions in the bag.

Cleaning wise, I just use the jessops cleaning fluid. It can be bought cheaper in the Camera Exchange.

Thanks for that. I already had to Google to find out how to attach the E-1 grip itself. No instructions was frustrating. I'll keep looking now to attach the shoulder strap too.

I bought some Monster cleaning fluid (to clean TV/LCD) and it also says it can be used to clean camera lenses. I might give it a try (on my kit 18-55 lens first).

    Thanks.

I remember reading about the instructions for the hand strap actually being hidden within the instructions for the battery grip... obviously...

Quite possibly, I didn't pay much attention to the instructions to my battery grip.

Would make more sense to send them out with the strap itself though...

    Sense? What's that?!

If you're a real man, you don't need instructions anyway :p
