    Live €1/2 NL Hold em.

    Stacks

    Me €230
    UTG €250

UTG had raised to €20 PF previous hand (UTG+1)and took it down on the flop with a pot bet and showed Q9 sooted.:)

This hand he raises to €30, folded to me in MP and I have 2 black Aces. I re raise to €75. Comments on my raise

    Flop

79J all clubs. He bets €75 and I?

Your not folding, there is €225 in pot not €153

This is as easy a shove as i have seen up here in a while..

Once the duel is not in mental arithmetic, as above €225 in pot after UTGs flop bet.

    Easy shove imo.

calling is fine here, as is shoving.

I like a call, as you have probably the best hand AND the best draw, so you dont need to protect your hand so much, as the draws favour you.

We want the rest of his stack.

Of course, if you think he will call a shove with his entire betting range, then by all means stick your chips over the line.

Edit: The stacks are now so shallow Vs the pot that I prolly just stick the chips over the line.

    i would just call preflop

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 236 ✭✭ligger

Valor would you not be more scared on this board if you just called preflop? I felt that he could only have KK (possibly QQ) calling 36BBs pre flop. If I just called then you are opening the door for JJ and maybe 99 on that flop.

Anyway I pushed and he could not call quick enough.. BB sticky I know but just wanted to see what people though of pre and post flop in this situation. Are we always happy to ship it on that flop know that if he has flop a set or a flush (anyone play KQ sooted like that) that we have at least go outs.

By the by he had lucky 77 bah.

See Fuzz I'm just easy money..;)
