The title says it all. Firstly I'm looking for someone to post up the nutritional value per tablespoon.

Secondly, anybody who's used this stuff suggest what to eat it with. So far I've added it to shakes, yoghurt and plan on mixing it with porridge (though it doesn't sound nice) Anyone else any other pointers?

her indoors is always on the look out for healthy snacks for me and she was in the local fruit and veg and spied a loud coloured package saying Omega 3.

"Whats this ?", she said. "My beau would love some of these!." They were milled flax seed biscuits made by Voormoot I think. Tasted a bit like goldgrain with a hint of cinnamon. They were the business. Best if all. NO TRANS FATS were involved in the making of the biscuits.

So happy was I, that I sat down and ate half the packet.

4.99 for 22 biscuits. Yummy and good for you.

Milled Flax Seeds are lovely in yogurt as well.

I put them in my morning muesli, hardly notice them in there.

Healthy biscuits sound WAY too good to be true Scuba_Scoper, where can I get some?

Wifey got them in a deli. Fruit and Veg shop near Ballyroan Church in Rathfarnham. They do lots of "exotic" health foods there as well. Very good on gluten free and seeds and such.

I think the manufacturer is Veermoot or something like it. Tried to google it but not 100% on the name. I will post a pic. this evening of the packaging,

No affiliation to the shop by the way.
