    Hi,

Does anyone have another number for Chorus/UPC instead of 1890 417888

With my current phone provider all calls within Ireland are free but this does not include non-geographic numbers such as lo-call 1890.

I spent 10 minutes on hold this evening waiting to report that I had no BBC1 and another 6 minutes while the customer care representative checked if anyone else had reported the fault (she also suggested switching it off and on despite the fact that I'm on an analog service)

1800 321 321? Or is that only for a specific purpose? I know its a UPC number, but can't remember what I saw it on.

Whatever it is, it's a former-NTL number (I'm in Dublin City Centre) so maybe it doesn't work for former-Chorus but AFAIK the customer service is fully merged at this stage.

01-2458600 or 1800-321-321 will get you through.

I just spoke to them (to cancel!) and they answered the phones straight away.

Just threaten them with legal action, like I did - they will reply the next working day!
