Hypothetically, if someone was working 52 hours a week are they entitled to overtime pay?

Also, hypthetically, are 11 hour shifts without overtime pay legal?

frpm what i know which would be basic anything over 40 hours is classed as overtime and should be paid at time and half as for the shift yes they are legal used to do 3x12 hour shifts n that was my week

40 hours+ is over time and shhould be paid as so unless u are working ilegally

Depends on what your contract says. Example: public service ou get time off, not extra pay.

Depends on your contract and if it is annualized hours (that you do X amount of hours every month/year).

    Yes.
