No Astra 2A, 2B Channels?

All Astra 2A, 2B and Eurobird 1 channels above 11.6 GHZ are gone on my system. Receiver is a Strong 4012 FTA box fixed on 28.2/28.5 E. Suspiciously thinking that the LNB isn't switching to the "HI" frequencies anymore. Would I be right? Is it the LNB itself I wonder or maybe the box isn't switching the LNB from LO to HI?:(

Sounds like the lnb to me too... any chance you could get a lend of one to swop in and check ?

Actually started working today properly after Astra 2D channels vanished for a while too. They kept breaking up, going to "no signal". Dish is in alignment however as, now, signal strength and quality are as normal. Only thing also to mention, the system had been not been in use for nearly 2 months. Was plugged out for all of that time. I wonder could condensation actually build up in the LNB and stop it working properly?
