    for what?

    As day-to-day transport, the Quattro
As a rally car, the Integrale
As a typewriter, both are useless.

Are you playing top trumps, perhaps?

Audi, unless you enjoy spending the rest of your life trying to keep the Lancia going and in one piece.

Right, well first off, the Lancia only came in LHD, so beware any that are RHD. the Audi came in both RHD and LHD flavours. Now, there were a number of versions of the Lancia - 2WD, 4WD, turbo, evo, S4, wide body, narrow body, and several in-between bodies! i think they got wider as the years went by. The Audi came in less variations - all had 4WD, and turbos. there was a series one version, and a series two, towards the end of the 80's and there was a lovely 20-valve version. and the sport-300 short wheelbase model, for group-b rallying.
i personallly couldn't make the choice - it'd have to be both i'm afraid!! but the audi has the lancia licked when it comes to reliability!!!

P.P. there's a very nice integrale evo in red in islandbridge, dublin. tis 1989 or 1990, i think, and usually visible from the top of a bus!!! twas for sale, awhile ago......didn't sell yet.......:D
