    Hello there,

years ago I studied Irish at Uni. One of the few expressions I remember is IS BA CHUMA and I cannot remember its meaning. Can anyone please tell me what it means?

    Thank you very much.
    David.

Ní dóigh liom. B'fhéidir go bhfuil sé cosúil le "I couldn't care" nó "I wouldn't care", ach níl fhois agam. Ní ach dalta meán-scoile mé! Bhuel, beidh mé ag déanamh Gaeilge onóracha don Ardteist ar Déardaoin agus Dé hAoine!
