Did you ring them? Make sure to get them to log the fault...you can claim refunds for each day the problem remains...but you have to get the fault logged.

I'm currently waiting for them to fix a problem with 11 missing channels in Malahide...good job they are not ones I watch. Fault has been the same for 7 weeks...so free cable for a couple of months
