    hi, i'm still waiting for a package from the states from ebay, nearly one month now. i've ordered lots of stuff before, no problem with duty. i've always gotten the stuff deliverd to work.

    anyway, who do i contact about this? an post, customs?

    anyone gone down this road?

    Having worked in the Logistics / Shipping arena the best advice I can give you is to contact the shipping company that is handling your shipment. At the very least you will need a tracking / reference number which should help is finding the status of the item within their system.

    I expect that you have contacted the seller regarding this matter. The seller should be able to assist with this.

    im planning on buying from the states soon, what are the chances of getting caught for duty at customs?? is thre anyway to try and avoid it??
