Bamboo Chinese on Domnick St. Lower - Bloody awesome! Best in Galway IMO.
House Special fried rice or curry fried rice are dynamite. Don't know their numebr off hand but they open at 5pm. 11850 should be able to connect you!
Just check the takeawayfood.ie there and no number for Bamboo, but I can also recommend the Cappagh Chinese, their Singapore (or Shanghai, cant remember which) Rice is lovely too.

Can't recommend the Da Tang noodle house enough. They DO deliver but the place is SOOOOO nice to sit in I have never bothered.
Food is the most authentic chinese I've had outside of China!
