Hi

I have a friend who cannot receive his emails from his website. He is on Esat BT Broadband. He is able to send emails without any problems. The problem therefore appears to be with his incoming mail server.

I am on a dial up and I have set up his email account on my machine and it works fine. I therefore assume the problem is located on his pc e.g. firewall or router settings. I am not too familiar with broadband routers.

Can anyone suggest what could be causing the problem. I think he is using nortons antivirus and fireware.
