recommendations about data cabinet

I need to buy a cabinet for a friend. He has a PA amp, a computer, some hubs and a patch panels to go in. I think he needs about 24U to leave a bit of expansion. Any recommendations on what to go for, cheapest place to buy that is convenient for Dublin city?
