Broken Creative Zen Touch

My Zen touch's headphone Jack is wrecked, I only get sound in one ear if at all. Also, the power button has issues.

Creative's support seems pretty terrible. The one time I did get through they asked for a proof of purchase which I don't have.

I'd rather just hand it into a shop to have it repaired, but I can't find anywhere that does it.

    What should I do?

No, i'm not that thick, I tried it with about 5 different headphones(just to see if some of them conduct the current better or something).
