Annoying Memory Stick! Help

I have two Disgo usb memory sticks i use for work. When they are inserted into the pc this annoying launchpad pops up (U3 lauchpad). I've tried deleting the files on the stick that were on it already so that this program will not run......but even with them deleted it pops up.....and they come back. Any ideas as to how i…

As far as i know if you look in the files you will find how to uninstall them, if i remember rightly you have to downloads an un-installer
