Looking for some help/advice, from yesterday morning my right shoulder started nagging me, nothing to bad but enough for me to notice it, just thought that I must have slept badly on it, I didnt do any workout today but the pain has got worse in the shoulder and has spread to the bicep and my hand, just behind my thumb, the main pain now is the bicep and its bad enough that Im struggling to lift things, is there anything I can do or is it just to take it easy till it gets better, Im afraid that if I break my routine for to long it will be tough to get back into it

You recover most attributes pretty quick from short absences I find, anyway, can't you find stuff to do that doesn't involve your arm to keep things ticking over?

As for the soreness itself, I'm no expert so I can't really give an authoritative answer, but if the pain is moving around then it could be something to do with a nerve, or possibly referred pain. If it persists and it's that bad I'd get a physio to check it out.
