Does anyone know of any yoga classes for men and women? preferably either in Tallaght or Raheny or anywhere near either of them?

Hi there
I would really recommend Yoga Dublin
They have 2 studios - not unfortunately near you but the city centre location might work for you at the weekend. They have male and female teachers as well as being mixed classes.
