Dell Factory Outlet

Sorry if this doesn't belong in here i cant think of anywhere else to post it, basically ive just won a Laptop on the Dell Factory Outlet site and am wondering if anyone on here has purchased a PC or Laptop before from the Factory Outlet on eBay and was/is everything ok with it?

I'm fairly confident that things will be ok but just thought id ask anyway.;)

won one a while ago was supposed to be " scratched or dented " but there wasnt a mark on it,it was perfect and very cheap.
the only thing i would say though they seem very slow to deliver from the ebay outlet

Cheers mate, how long did they take to deliver about a week or so?

I bought about 10 -12 systems from Dell Outlet on Ebay and all except 1 was delivered within 4 days of payment.

I bought one last year, all OK except that it had XP media edition but no TV card.

Possibly cobbled together from surplus parts...
