Calling back after an Interview

I went for a job interveiw just almost two weeks ago. First one ever so I was quite proud of myself with the whole thing, everything went well and they seemed preety happy with me. I was told I'd be called back with their desicion the following Friday or Saturday, no problem I thought.

I got a call two Saturdays ago from the woman who interveiwed me, she told me that one of her colleagues was out sick, she had two more interveiws to do and couldn't do them untill her colleauge got back. She said she was expecting her back around Tuesday so she'd call me again sometime after that. I didn't think much of that but now it's almost a week since that Tuesday has gone by. I have enough on my plate to being thinking about without sitting around waiting for the phone to ring so do you think I should give them a call, keep waiting or just keep searching for work elsewhere?

Always keep looking...even after a fantastic interview. If you know the woman's name give her a polite call back, she should be fairly upfront with you.
