black levels after update 1.80

    Hi All

    Has anybody else noticed an increase in black levels since the update.
    We were playing RFOM co-op at the weekend, and in parts where previously you could see cleary you now need to turn on the flashlight.

    has it good and bad points.

    i realy noticed it when playing Fear.

    Yea there are a few settings one makes blacks more black and one makes white more white , id say you might have one or the others turned on .

    But maybe thats the way the game was ment to be played ( needing the flash light ) to make it more spooky

    There was one of the evening levels on Motorstorm that i found ridiculously dark.

    Ye must have the new full RGB setting in Display Settings turned on... I wouldnt bother with it. Makes Resistance way too dark, it was perfect before so I just changed it back, Also, you should check to see if your tv suppots full RGB before using it.
