I've also had some problems with it but overall it has been fine and their support has been helpful. My problem is that my security/firewall/whatever software doesn't allow poker office to carry out its autoupdate function and I have no clue how to sort this out on my pc . This is a common complaint apparently, and a bit poor IMO, because none of my other software has these problems. The only solution is to manually download the latest update whenever it stops working. Check out the faq: http://www.pokq.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1667&sid=e618b0b031305d28fa839d410b5b9232
for details. To find the version number go to http://www.pokeroffice.com/update/ and look for the highest number in the list and then follow the instructions in the above faq. Hope this helps. Good luck.
