Any Update on Boards Search?

Hey all, I was just wondering is there any prospect of the "old" search making a comeback, now that the upgrades have taken place? I know boards has just broken its record users online, but will the new hardware allow the search to return? thanks!

Should be returning sometime after the next VBulletin upgrade, whenever that will be, last we heard. Apparently there were some recent tests that didn't go too well.

IIRC, AFAIK, IANAL, etc.
