haven't read ssnl in a while
most of the regulars on msnl know what they're talking about,if someone has a decent amount of posts (1000+),posts a lot,and isn't constantly getting called out for being an idiot they're probably worth listening to.

for ssnl, the best thing to do is jump in and start posting, you'll learn to analyse other people's posts on the strenght of their merits that way.

SSNL is great for the sheer volume of hands that get posted every day. there are some muppets there but if I had the time I would try and take and a couple of seperate hours each day to post on every HH and get involved in some arguments. i'll do this when my exams are finished and I go back to playing online.

I reckon that I learn so much more by posting on 2+2 then I do on boards, but I don't do it often because I'm not playing poker at the moment.
