    Hi,

i was thinking of laying that laminate that looks like tiles in the kitchen, but then someone said that laminate doesn't work in a wet environment, cause it swells up? Is this true? Or is the tiled laminate ok for getting water spilt on it?

    thanks,
    J

There are differing grades of laminate, some qualified for kitchen areas and such.
One of the most important factors is that you get a laminate with a moderately high slip resistance too.
