Recommend a TV card

Im looking for a recommendation for a TV card. Basically I want to use my PC just like a normal TV with NTL(analoge) cable plugged into it and a remote control with all the stations. What do i need to do this?

Stick in one of these into a PCI slot, install the bundled software and connect to your aerial/pipe and away ye go.
