Here's something i just wrote on http://www.irishcraftbrewer.com/ This beer is definatly worth a try! Again and Again and Again... :)

What a beauty! Craft brewed in Alva, Scotland Harviestoun Schiehallion holds a lovely subtle hoppy aroma and pours a soft white head that only lasts for a short time. The colour is light and the taste is fruity and crisp with a soft hoppy bitter finish. Definitely recommending this one!

As I read on the bottle it uses Herbsbrucker Lager Hops which will probably mean more to you advanced brewers than the beginner me. It goes on to describe the beer as crisp, dry and airy with a beautiful fresh grapefruit taste. The bottle does not lie!

Tried it and love it, they do a couple of other beers as well. Got them in Carvill's on Camden Street D2. Bit on the pricey side maybe for a lager maybe...

Tried this in an Edinburgh bar last December. Damn good beer. Well worth a try. Dunno about the cost of it over here, though.
