ECA's - anyone have experience [+/-]

    I have researched ECA's quite a bit, understand what they do, the potential advantages and risks, I simply lack customer reviews, if you will. If anyone has used ECA's, what did you think of them, was your experience good/bad?

    Again, I know all about them so I don't need paragraphs of explanations. Appreciate any advice or suggestions

    I would imagine as soon as one of the mod's see this it'll be deleted. But for what it's worth I don't see the need for them.

    They're just another stimulant with unneccessary risks which you're going to become desnsatised to fairly quickly.

    Why do you even want to use them?

    Are you at a sufficint level to even consider it?

    Personally, don't see the point in any supplement that has risk attached - surely being healthy is the whole point of working out.

    I have no problem with anything like this being discussed. We have had open discussion about various non-legal substances in the past.

    It's general advocation and attempts to pimp sites and sell that will lead to issues.

    It should be noted that Dave can override my decision to leave this open so if he does so, then deal with it. :D

    Definately not worth it. They can make you sick within an hour of taking them sometimes the caffeine in high doses mixed with the aspiran can cause severe cramps in the stomach. Palpatations and the shakes are also common. The other effects that ephedra have on the heart are also a major no no, to think people would use this as a fat burner is beyond me, and to think that some people push it has a useful product is further beyond belief.

    I would steer away from them. They are made in illegal "labs" so there is no control over what goes into them.

    Awfull.Tried "stack it" from america,felt paranoid and anxious,heart palpitations,trouble sleeping,sweating and terrible stomach problems.A bit like very bad "E" without the happiness..avoid!
