I need to borrow E65K, is there any lender in Ireland who will loan that amount or will it be possible to borrow it in two halves?

Most lenders will but they will be interested in finding out what your repayment capacity is like, i.e after you earn X and pay out Y what have you left? This is critical. The last thing any bank wants is someone who is financially overstretched.

For a loan that size it's also likely that they'll require some sort of collateral

Most banks can give loans up to 65k unsecured. A personal legal guarantee maybe needed but repayment capacity is what they go on.
