Hi folks,

Apologies if this shouldn't be in this forum but it seemed appropriate as students would be best suited housemates.

Myself and another soon-to-be graduate (both guys) are looking for a third person (possibly 2 people as there is a twin room) to take a room for rent for Summer months in a 3 bed semi in Stillorgan (Upper Kilmacud Road). Rent is reasonable (PM for details).

House is 5/6 min walk from Luas, 7/8mins from Stillorgan village/46A, 2 mins from 11 Bus route. It's got GFCH, Ripwave Broadband, NTL cable, Widescreen telly, Washing machine, etc.
