This is a real urgent cry for help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an image that was cropped in Picasa editing free software.

The crop was very severe as i made it into a fancy panorama and the image looks great this way.

When i print the image on my pc its fine but if i take the file to printing shops the crop is not the same and not what i had cropped?

I think i prefer to stick with Photoshop so does anyone know how i can make the Picasa crop be put into Photoshop and then have the Picasa crop be the same in Photoshop?

Hope this makes sense if reqd i can post the image i am talking about but basically it has a large blank white blank band running horizontally across the top and bottom of image.

Please please is there anyh miracle workers out there????????????????

If you open it, after it's been cropped in picasa, in photoshop, does the crop look ok? If that's the case, you want to increase the canvas size so that it's got a normal aspect ratio like 6x4, by adding white bands at the top and bottom. Then when you take it to the print shop they print the whole thing including the white bands, and dont try to make the image fill the page vertically which cuts off the edges...

What are the pixel measurements of length & width? (you can get those in the image menu/image size, it tells you in the boxes at the top)
