MMA summer seminar with the Schiavo brothers

    James and Samy will be hosting their third Summer MMA seminar in Sorgues, near Avignon, from the 27th - 29th of July.

    The seminar includes training twice a day broken down into technique for MMA and grappling plus fight preparation and conditioning. Food is included and anyone who doesn't want to fork out for a hotel is welcome to sleep in the gym.

    Avignon is a beautiful part of France and well worth a visit and you can't go wrong training with the Schiavo brothers.

    The gym is fully equipped with matted area, cage and weights.

    i have been there before.. its awesome. GOOD training...schavios are very very nice people aswell. and next to good students... lie mohammed kacha, kamal, and manny opthers.. And avignon is full of pretty woman
