When we built we installed IFO water saving toilets, they are dual flush as most new loos are, in addition we also have FM Mattson watersaving taps, they use bubbles to give the feeling of high volume water but in reality they use less water.
I read somewhere that scientists have a theory that Australia has been going through a "wet patch" for the last few hundred years and that things are going to get a whole lot drier there in the next while.
