Shrinking a DIVx file

    Hi All
    I'm tring to shrink a 900MB DivX file to a 700MB one. I've tried Dr. DivX but if throws up an error and VirtualDub is telling me it can't find something called a "statsfile"
    Any ideas my DivX overlords??
