NTL down in D13?

    Hi,

    I'm in D13 and my BB has been down since Monday evening. First attempted to logon around 9pm.
    Sent an email with Modem config screenshots attached yesterday at 9am from work, no response.
    Can't ring them from work and their customer "support" lines are only open from 9am to 5pm....which doesn't suit me since I leave at 7am and don't get home until after 6pm!!!!

    I'm seeing Network Access: Denied when I login to the modem and check the Op Config.....

    Looking at a few of the posts is there any chance they've blocked me for Torrent use?

    Frustrated is not the word.....:mad: :mad: :mad:

    NTL Support are open 9am to 8pm monday -> saturday(?).
