Look at the skinny Ibanez compared to the Voluptuous Les Paul, who could resist?

That LP would look so much nicer with speed knobs.;)
    Beautiful Ibanez!

i have been playing it exclusively through the pod the last month and kicks the ass off the les paul which sounds amazing, i only have a solidstate marshall at the moment:( but in the next weeek or 2 i shall be the proud owner of a 50watt laney tube amp that i am getting off a chap on adverts accross the way for the generous price of(drum roll)............. 250e:D :D

    Push in.

They've a couple of plastic washers that keep the fit good and tight - they wear out after a couple of years but you can get spares for about a euro on thomann.

nice...the push in are best in my experience. i replaced the stock threaded one on my strat with a push in wilkinson. Tis a lot better. Can't hear any squeaks thru the amp now any time i use the trem.

Yeah, I don't like threaded one's myself. Though an OFR with outer threaded sleeve does the job just fine.

If you're getting squeeks through the trem, some foam or stuffed cloth around the springs does the job great too. Some trems i've played are nearly like reverb tanks..

indeed and they are the push in type, always found the screw in ones on the strat slightly awkward tbh

Very nice guitars, nice one. Must be like chalk and cheese switching between the two.
