    Hmmm seems you need to allocate your income to the Ulster Bank account for this to work. Pity I don't have one.

    what does "mandating their salary to the new account" mean? having your wages lodged electronically to the account?

    But what about the second bit: ....Offer also available to all new customers who switch their current account to Ulster Bank using the Ulster Bank centralized switching team.
    Doesn't that mean you would just have to switch your account to them using their switching service? (Without necessarily having you salary mandated) I suppose they're assuming you'd already have your salary mandated to that account.
