Question regarding time in relation to 'ghostly/spirit' visions

I have always been aware of seeing things and hearing things other people cant and its only really recently that I’ve begun to actually talk about it because and time I did before I was looked at as if I was totally insane! Last night though was something new and I just wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on it.

I woke at 2.55 am and turned on my bedside lamp to unplug my phone which was charging. Having checked the time I turned off the light, it was 3am. Suddenly I became aware of a figure at the foot of my bed. I have seen things in my room in the past usually to one side or another of the bed but only once before at the foot and that time its was not very pleasant. However last night I felt calm, I could see dark pants and a white shirt, some sort of a jacket or ¾ length coat, short hair, dark, but when I tried to make out the face it was a blur, there were no features. I lay there just watching and suddenly got an image in my head of a red haired woman and a little boy of about 3 with blonde hair but they were screaming silently, just as I was starting to get the horrible feeling I get when something is malevolent the figure was gone. I looked at my clock and it was 3.13 am. I don’t know if the time means anything but it seemed very important to me at the time to remember it.

In the film "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" the priest states that 3 a.m. is a sort of demonic witching hour because it mocks the Holy Trinity and is the opposite of 3 p.m., the hour that Jesus died on the cross.

*Edit: Please note afaik the "witching hour" has nothing to do with wtches in this case.

I do remember that in the film but maybe it could have a different meaning. If the time was one facture of this experience was very important it might have some relavance to the person you saw or the woman or child, like maybe the time they passed? or something else. Feeling the dread or fear during this to me would be quiet normal as someone is standing at the end of the bed or maybe you were feeling the fear and dread of the person or people in the images given to you. What else seemed to stand out in the experience?

I have had visions where i have seen people silently scream at me also,ive been helpless and it has played on my mind after,they have come me of true,sometimes up to a year later, as 6th said,this time of the night is relevant as a vunerable hour,also,remember,you had been asleep so when you awoke you were not fully awake and in your 3D body as such,still in your spiritual body,there are parallel universerses in which our soul resides,the next level up can be very real to us down here as its where we manifest a lot of things in our mind,if it were a spirit appearing to you they would not hide their face,you would be shown them,so i would think its more likely to be symbolic of something in your life, are you going through a stressful time,feeling helpless over a situation in your life at all? Ok firstly I never saw the exorcism of Emily Rose as films about exorcisms really annoy the hell outta me.
And I most defiantly wasn’t asleep.

Secondly to kshiel, I have seen ‘people’ in various places before and don’t always get the feeling I was attempting to put across but it wasn’t how it normally it was like I was removed from it but feeling it. So I’m starting to think maybe it was what you said and the fear coming from the woman and child rather than from myself. The only other thing that stood out about the whole thing was the woman and child were naked.

And last but defiantly by no means least Karynp I have in the past had the soundless screaming of either one or lots of people but never at the same time as the other sighting. That’s why I found it weird.
Also am defiantly no going through a stressful time, pretty satisfied with my lot right now lol.

I am only guessing on this as I clearly wasn't there or expreienced what you did, but the child and woman been naked I would take at first glance anyway as been symbolic, in that they had no sheild to hide from, or that this is the way they or who ever was giving you these images wanted to convey a certain situation or feeling. Dont know if that makes sense.

The guy not showing his face, well maybe another symbolic feature of the situation, what I have no idea. I agree with Karynp that they in general would not hide their face, but through some of my own experience they can try and mask it, for example I did a sitting for a person and some horrible things were inflicted on this person. I could quite clearly see the person who did the inflicting during the reading but when I came to the spirit contact of the reading this person came to apoligise for the harm they had inflicted but they did not show themsleves but did convey to me the darkness they was in and pain and regret for what they had done through the images and feelings they impressed on my mind.

Katy, I have also learned that when im given a psychic vision or premonition it doesnt last long and there is no emotion attached to it,its clear cut, comes and goes quite quickley, talk to your guides and ask them to give you more information if it is something important,go with the first answer your body gives you and take it from there. These type of things can be quite disturbing cant they.

Good advice, as only learning myself, I find the same that pyschic vision has no emotion attached but spirit contact for me is all about the emotion and images etc at the moment at least.

Exactly,defining the difference between the two can make a whole lotta difference to your reactions,this will stop you getting worried over things too, spirit contact is amazing,your whole body feels the sensations as they get stronger and stronger, washing over you like electrics,i also find that i get the sensations starting in different parts of my body for each spirit that contacts me,try to identify where in the body you feel the first tingle each time you get contact,then simply ask who it is,as time goes by you will know each guides different "knock", also, identify the feelings for good/negative information,write it all down and before you know it, it will be like having a ringtone for each friend on your mobile phone,it all takes time,patience and perseverence but it is so worth it in the end for the rewards of unconditional love are amazing.

Well I usually have feelings and emotions of some kind in relation to what ever I am seeing, be it comfort from seeing my Grandfather in his 'usual' spot in the garden or something at the other end of the scale
