email link missing from toolbar

Hi, I am not very up to date with computers and would appreciate any help with my question. My son installed Onspeed for me as I do not have broadband and he put a link for my Yahoo email in toolbar but computer crashed and link has gone. I installed Yahoo toolbar but had to take it out as pages can not be opened message…

Hi, I am not very up to date with computers and would appreciate any help with my question.
My son installed Onspeed for me as I do not have broadband and he put a link for my Yahoo email in toolbar but computer crashed and link has gone. I installed Yahoo toolbar but had to take it out as pages can not be opened message reads "internal error" and page closes down. I now have to go to Yahoo each time to check email before I could see in toobar if there was any mail.
My Son is away so thanks for any info.
