There was a 24/7 rule for the title, same as the old WWF Hardcore title. The ladder fell on someone during a match and the ref counted the pin. There's a list of the stranger champs at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dramatic_Dream_Team

The current champ is a dog and the record number of title reigns by one person is 215. WWE should be taking notes

But inside the article it shows him for the Hogan-to-be that he truly is.



I wouldn't like to be the guy who made that mistake.
