ok im 17 and i want to get a small tatoo done on the back of my neck, anyway theres not a chnce in the world my parents would ever let me, where would i be advised to go that wouldnt ask questions

what's the rush? Just wait until your 18.

Any place that's not strict on IDs are not the place you should go for a tattoo anyway.

What's a few months anyways? And besides, a place that isn't strict on age sounds kinda dodgy to me, love.

yeah i wouldn't trust anywhere that would tattoo someone who's not 18,you'l just end up with something you regret,just wait til you're 18 and go somewhere decent

The place where I got mine done didn't ask for ID, and of course, they are really ropey. A lot of my friends who've got pierced or tattoo'd there have got infections and right now there are some court cases pending against the place.
